Before cooperation, our team will prepare a drain repair or new construction offer for your field. In order to do this, we need basic information about the field, a description of the situation according to your needs (information about puddles, overflowing wells, bushes, state of district ditches, collector outlets) and a site inspection to draw up a proposal plan.

If you are a farmer:

  • You prepare your field cadastral designation number,
  • You indicate the county, parish,
  • if possible, you save a screenshot in the LVM geo app of the Latvian State Forests, marking the wet places,
  • we will draw a plan of the drains to be replaced, indicating the meters to be replaced and the unit price,
  • we will come to you to look at the field before drawing it in the plan and give an explanation of what needs to be done,
  • we will prepare an offer with an estimate,
  • during the work process, you will be able to observe the progress in person, as often as you want, and determine which stages of the drains to change.

If you are an entrepreneur who develops villages of private houses:

  • You send the construction project for the preparation of an estimate,
  • if you don't have a construction project, we will come to you to look at the plots of land, give comments and offer several designers for the development of the melioration construction project,
  • we will prepare an offer with an estimate when your construction project is ready.

If you are a city dweller who owns a country house:

  • You prepare your cadastral designation number,
  • You indicate the county, parish,
  • we will look at your property data remotely,
  • we will come to you to look at the property before drawing it on the plan and we will explain what needs to be done,
  • we will prepare a quotation with meters and unit price.
